Norfolk boxer Chris Alexander signs to Al Haymon

Norfolk, VA:  Professional boxer Chris “The Dentist” Alexander has signed to Al Haymon, a boxing advisor and promoter to many top boxers in America. Signing on with Haymon and his prestigious promotion company will catapult his boxing career straight to the top as a lightweight fighter.

The nickname “The Dentist” came about when he was in middle school. Two bullies attempted to pick on him on two different occasions –  where he knocked out one of the bullies’ teeth and loosened the others tooth [and no more problems with bullies, EVER]. On a lighter note, he was given this nickname because he’s always complimented for his perfectly white teeth and winning smile.

Chris Alexander was born and raised in Norfolk, VA. Boxing is second nature to Chris. Alexander trains out of Box-N-Go Boxing Gym in Norfolk.  He has won prestigious titles such as the National Ringside Championship during his amateur career. Chris’s current record is 4-0 with 4 KOs.

Chris’s next fight will be on the Triple Championship Showtime Boxing event at the DC Armory in Washington, DC on April 19, (6:00pm gates open).  He will engage in a 4 rounder (opponent is TBA) that night and tickets are on sale, and online.
